Upper and bottom heating
The classic mode with upper and bottom heating. This mode is ideal for baking one level of food.

Grill
With the grill function you can grill all types of steaks, hamburgers or fish on the grid but you can also brown your dishes after baking them. This mode is suggested for low-fat salt-free foods for dieting. Always put a pan under grid to collect drippings.

Double grill
With the double grill function you can grill all types of steaks, hamburgers or fish in bigger quantities since you can make optimal use of the entire area of the oven grid. Always put a pan under grid to collect drippings.

Air circulation combined with grill
This is the only way of cooking whatever until now had to be barbequed on charcoal. This mode also replaces spit cooking. This is recommended for uniform browning of chicken or large pieces of meat (meatloaf roast beef, etc)

Hot air circulation combined with bottom heating
With this operation mode, the bottom heating and the hot air fan operate simultaneously. This is particularly convenient for making pizza. Also ideal fro moist or heavy pastry, fruit cakes made of leavened dough, short pastry, or cheesecakes.

Hot air circulation
Hot air circulation originating from a ring heating element. Ideal for baking three level of food.

Defrosting
With this mode, the air is circulating without any heater being turned on. Only the fan is in operation. This is used for slow defrosting or thawing of frozen food.

Air circulation combined with bottom heating
Ideal for baking cakes, low leavened dough and preserving fruit and vegetables.
