Steel tank is subject to a chemical process which in conjunction with the special enamel coating method - using a vacuum method - ensures a perfect mechanical adhesion. This special porcelain enamel (DURO GLASS), which is the fruit of years' of research and testing by ELCO, is then fired together with the steel at 860^oC, thus acquiring a perfect thermo chemical adhesion. The porcelain enamel precisely follows the metal's contractions and expansions since it has the same resilience properties as the steel.
Result: The tank is absolutely protected against corrosion
